Our mission is to make people smile and we pride ourselves on our reliability. If we say we will be there at 8 O'clock, be sure we will be there at 7.55 just to be sure! We may not be the biggest company in the area, but we strive to be the best! We don't over commit ourselves so be assured, if we say we will be there, we will be there!

Payment Methods

We have numerous payment methods available so however you want to pay we are happy to accommodate. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple pay, Google pay and PayPal.

Safety 1st

Safety is ALWAYS our Number One priority! That's why we take accurate measurements of things such as windspeed before putting up an inflatable. We also assess every individual site to ensure our inflatables are put up correctly and securely and we ensure the person responsible for the castle is fully aware of all safety information before we leave. We are ALWAYS contactable to answer and questions or concerns.

Public Liability Insurance

We have Full Public Liability Insurance which covers all the services we offer up to the amount of £5Million.

Many venue operators will ask if the company you are hiring equipment from has PLI and will ask to see evidence of this.

We are more than happy to oblige with this request and can produce documents if required by any venue or even just for a personal home hire.

BS/EN14960

All of our Bouncy Castles were made here in the United Kingdom and comply with BS/EN14960. This is a document which all inflatable manufacturers follow to ensure they meet a specific set of standards.

PIPA Tested

All of our inflatables have PIPA tags and are tested on an annual basis. PIPA is an inspection scheme setup by the inflatable play industry to ensure that inflatable play equipment conforms to recognised safety standards. The scheme is supported by the HSE who were consulted at every stage of its development. For more information see www.pipa.org.uk
